Executive Leadership Coach | Founder, DME Lifestyle Coaching
Leadership challenges rarely begin with people.
More often, they begin with systems that can no longer support the demands being placed on them.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve approached leadership challenges by looking beyond symptoms to understand the systems producing them.
When someone describes a leadership challenge, my first instinct isn’t to offer advice.
It’s to ask questions.
In what way?
What’s actually happening?
Where is the interruption?
What process, expectation, communication pattern, or decision point is producing this result?
I don’t start by trying to fix people.
I start by understanding the system they’re operating within.
That way of thinking has shaped my entire career.
Working in complex, high-pressure environments—including Stanford University—I consistently found that capable people weren’t struggling because they lacked talent or commitment.
They were struggling because the systems surrounding them no longer supported effective decision-making, communication, and execution.
Over time, I realized I wasn’t just solving individual leadership challenges.
I was identifying recurring patterns.
Those observations eventually became the Leadership Alignment Model™—a strategic framework for diagnosing operational misalignment and redesigning how leadership and organizations operate under pressure.
Today, I partner with executives and high-performing professionals to optimize decision-making, strengthen execution, and maintain alignment under pressure.
My Philosophy
Most leadership advice focuses on changing people.
My work focuses on designing the systems that support lasting change.
That means looking beyond symptoms to understand the conditions creating them.
Rather than asking people to work harder, I help leaders redesign how leadership operates so performance becomes more consistent, communication becomes more effective, and organizations remain aligned as complexity increases.
What Clients Can Expect
Working together isn’t about adding more to your plate.
It’s about creating greater clarity in how leadership operates.
Together, we’ll identify the patterns contributing to operational misalignment, strengthen the systems supporting decision-making and execution, and build practical structures that continue working long after our engagement ends.
The goal isn’t simply to solve today’s challenge.
It’s to build a leadership operating system that performs under pressure.
The Result
When leadership operates with clarity, structure, and visibility, organizations don’t just perform better.
They make better decisions.
They execute with greater consistency.
And they maintain alignment—even when the pressure increases.
