My Journey: From Surviving to Thriving
I grew up as a Black girl in the foster system, raised in a small, predominantly white suburban town. Like many on my biological mother’s side, I spent my early years moving through the system. Abuse, neglect, and survival weren’t just part of my story—they were my story. For many years, I believed survival was ‘normal’—because that’s all I knew.
Adulthood brought new challenges: workplace bullying, toxic relationships, and identity struggles. But it also lit a fire in me — a desire for something more.
I didn’t have a roadmap, but I had a vision. And step by step, through persistence, reflection, and resilience, I transformed my life. I healed. And eventually, I found purpose in helping others do the same.

Career & Calling
I started my career as a clerk and quickly rose through the ranks — not because it was easy, but because I learned to listen, adapt, and lead. Just four years in, I was supporting C-level executives and building systems that worked.
Today, I serve as a supervisor at Stanford University, mentoring professionals, managing teams, and refining operations. I bring this same intentionality and strategy into my coaching practice.

Why I Coach
I understand what it’s like to feel stuck—paralyzed by doubt, unsure where to turn, held back, and uncertain about the next step. But here’s the truth: you’re not alone, and the next chapter of your life is waiting to be written.
My mission is simple: to help you connect with the version of yourself you haven’t met yet.
Together, we’ll shift your mindset, break generational cycles, and build something strong and lasting.
